Measured, not modeled
Two high speed photometric cameras capture up to 10,000 frames per second at impact. No radar, no estimating, no marked balls: the GC2 reads the ball itself for reliable, repeatable data indoors and out.
13 ball data points
Carry, total, ball speed, launch angle, launch direction, back spin, side spin, total spin, spin axis, offline, peak height, descent angle, and hang time.
Data right on the unit
- 2.8 inch color display. Readable indoors and out, with carry, launch, ball speed, and spin after every shot.
- Hitting zone indicator. A blue light on top and a graphic on screen confirm the ball is inside the triangular hitting zone.
- Four ways to connect. Bluetooth, WiFi, Ethernet, or USB C, for the app on your phone or Premier on your PC.
From the sim to the range
At 4.5 lbs with a built in handle and a 5 to 7 hour battery, the GC2 moves from your home simulator to a long range session without changing how your shots are measured.
LINK with Bushnell
Build your MyBag distances on the GC2, then sync them to a Bushnell Pro X3 rangefinder for club recommendations based on your real numbers.

- Silver: dispersion, tags and zones, ladder and target drills, course pass eligibility.
- Gold: swing video, club compare, Off The Tee on 40,000+ real holes, AI audio feedback.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Foresight GC2 measure club data?
No. The 2026 Foresight GC2 is a ball data only launch monitor. Its two high speed cameras are dedicated to measuring the ball, so Foresight does not estimate club data. If you need club data, look at the Foresight GC3 or the Bushnell Launch Pro.
Do I need a subscription to use the Foresight GC2?
No. The Foresight GC2 works out of the box with a free Foresight+ tier that shows your shot data on the unit's color display, the Foresight app, and Premier PC software, including tiles, table, range view, ball and environment normalization, and MyBag mapping. Paid Silver ($199 per year) and Gold ($599 per year) memberships unlock drills, dispersion, swing video, and more.
How much does it cost to play golf courses on the Foresight GC2?
Course play on the Foresight GC2 requires a Foresight+ Silver or Gold membership plus a Course Pass. Course Pass ($295 per year) includes 35 courses, and Course Pass Pro ($595 per year) includes the full library of 111 courses, including Pebble Beach and Bethpage Black. The lowest cost course play setup, Silver plus Course Pass, is $494 per year. Every GC2 includes a 30 day free trial of Gold and Course Pass Pro.
Is the 2026 Foresight GC2 the same as the original GC2?
No. The 2026 Foresight GC2 is an all new launch monitor that reuses the GC2 name. The original GC2 was discontinued in 2023. The new model has a color display, Bluetooth, WiFi, Ethernet, and USB C connectivity, a 5 to 7 hour battery, and works with Foresight's new Premier software and app.
What is the difference between the Foresight GC2 and GC3?
The Foresight GC2 has two high speed cameras and measures ball data only, at a $1,699 launch price. The Foresight GC3 has three cameras, adds club data, and includes all of its features with no subscription required, at a $6,999 launch price. If you mainly want accurate ball data for practice or simulator play, the GC2 delivers Foresight accuracy for far less.
What is the difference between the Foresight GC2 and the Bushnell Launch Pro?
The Bushnell Launch Pro uses the same three camera hardware as the Foresight GC3, so it can capture club data, and it launched at $2,999 with features tied to a subscription. The Foresight GC2 has two cameras, measures ball data only, and costs $1,699, with a free tier for core data.
How much space do I need for a Foresight GC2 simulator?
The Foresight GC2 needs a minimum room of about 13 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 9 feet high, with 20 feet long, 14 feet wide, and 10 feet high recommended. Place the tee 9 to 11 feet from the impact screen and allow about 7 feet of swing clearance around the tee. Taller golfers and longer clubs need more height.
Why buy the Foresight GC2 from Gungho Golf?
When you buy the Foresight GC2 from Gungho Golf, you get free shipping, our support for the life of your unit on top of Foresight's support, free advice on your whole simulator room, and our Best Price Guarantee. Can I use the Foresight GC2 outdoors?
Yes. The Foresight GC2 works indoors and outdoors. It weighs 4.5 lbs, has a built in handle, runs 5 to 7 hours on its lithium ion battery, and shows key data on its 2.8 inch color display, so you can use it at the range without a phone or computer.
What data does the Foresight GC2 measure?
The Foresight GC2 provides 13 ball data points: carry distance, total distance, ball speed, launch angle, launch direction, back spin, side spin, total spin, spin axis, offline, peak height, descent angle, and hang time. Its cameras capture up to 10,000 frames per second at impact.
Do I need marked golf balls with the Foresight GC2?
No. The Foresight GC2's photometric cameras read the ball directly, with no marked balls or stickers required.
Where does the Foresight GC2 sit, and does it work for left handed golfers?
The Foresight GC2 sits on the floor in front of the tee, across from the golfer. A blue indicator light on top and a graphic on the display confirm the ball is inside the triangular hitting zone. For left handed golfers, place the unit on the opposite side of the ball.
How does the Foresight GC2 connect?
The Foresight GC2 connects by Bluetooth, WiFi, Ethernet, or USB C, so you can pair it with a phone or tablet using the Foresight app, or hardwire it to a PC running Foresight Premier for a stable simulator connection.
What computer do I need for Foresight Premier?
Foresight Premier requires a Windows 10 or 11 PC with an Intel i5 12500 or better, 16 GB RAM, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 with 8 GB of VRAM or better, and about 50 GB of SSD space, enough for roughly 20 courses.
What comes in the box with the Foresight GC2?
The Foresight GC2 includes the launch monitor, a power adapter and cable, an alignment stick, a 30 day Foresight+ Gold membership with Course Pass Pro, and a 1 year warranty.
What is Foresight Off The Tee?
Off The Tee is a Foresight+ Gold feature in the Foresight app. It overlays your tee shots on real holes from more than 40,000 courses, so you can see where your drives would actually finish and plan smarter club and target choices. It is an overlay of the hole, not full simulation.
Does the Foresight GC2 work with a Bushnell rangefinder?
Yes. The Foresight GC2 is LINK enabled. Build your MyBag distances with the GC2, then sync them through the Bushnell Golf app to a Bluetooth enabled Bushnell Pro X3 rangefinder for club recommendations on the course.
What is the Foresight GC2 warranty?
The Foresight GC2 comes with a 1 year warranty. When you buy from Gungho Golf, you also get our troubleshooting support for the life of your unit.
Do you price match the Foresight GC2?
Yes. If you find a lower price on an identical Foresight GC2 from a competitor, let us know and Gungho Golf will match it. Sales tax may be charged on top of a price match in certain states.
Does Gungho Golf install the Foresight GC2?
Yes. Gungho Golf offers residential and commercial simulator installation, including the screen, enclosure, projector, and hitting area around your Foresight GC2. Contact us at (512) 222 2220 to confirm availability in your area.
