Materials deposit and order
Order placedYour deposit is the cost of the materials. We order every bay's equipment from each manufacturer and track every shipment. Expect 3 to 4 weeks from paid order to install.

Electrical and conduit rough in
During build outYour electrician runs circuits and conduit to our plans. We stay in contact with your contractors through rough in so power and cable are where each bay needs them.

Installation
Install daysCeiling and wall foam, built in screens, turf and hitting strips, projectors, launch monitors and a PC for each bay. Every bay is built to the same spec.

Calibration and software setup
Install daysWe calibrate each launch monitor, fit every projected image edge to edge, and install and connect your simulator software so every bay plays the same.

Staff walkthrough, then you pay for installation
Job completeWe train your staff to start up, run and reset each bay. Installation is invoiced only after every bay is complete. After opening, you have a direct line to the install team.

Simulator design services commonly charge $600 to $1,000 for a single room plan. We plan your whole venue at no charge with the install, and the same team that draws it builds it.

Built for commercial traffic
A home simulator gets a few sessions a week. A commercial bay gets new golfers all day. These are the calls we make differently.
Built in screens, not enclosures
Freestanding enclosures do not hold up to heavy use by new golfers. Every commercial bay gets a built in screen framed to the room.
Ball 10 ft from the screen
Far enough to keep the golfer's shadow off the image, close enough that first time players still hit the screen.
Foam where shots go wrong
A foam wedge above each screen and 1 by 5 ft foam tiles on the ceiling and divider walls catch mishits before they reach lights or drywall.
Ceiling mounted launch monitors
Nothing on the floor to kick, move or hit, and every bay works for lefties and righties without staff resetting anything.
Every bay matches
Same screen, projector, launch monitor and calibration in each bay, so customers get the same experience whichever bay they book.

We bring a PC built to spec for each bay's launch monitor and software, installed and tested before we leave.

How you pay
Every venue is quoted from its bay plan, with materials and installation listed separately.
Materials deposit
The deposit is the cost of the equipment and materials for your bays. It is what lets us place the orders.
Installation
You pay for installation after every bay is installed, calibrated and running. Your quote shows both numbers before you commit.
Outside Austin? We travel to you
Same products, same plans, same crew as our Texas builds. The difference is that planning happens remotely before we arrive.

A video call to walk the space, talk through how the venue will run, and set the budget.
We work with your contractors
We coordinate directly with your GC, architect and electrician so rough in and framing match our plans.
Measurements checked
We spec every bay from your drawings and measurements, and review photos with you before anything is ordered.
Order and book the install
Once equipment and circuits are final, we order the materials and lock in your install dates.
The crew comes to you
Time on site depends on the number of bays. We confirm the schedule with you before travel is booked.
Commercial install FAQ
How many bays will fit in our space?
Plan on about 15 ft of width per bay and at least 18 ft of depth for the hitting area, plus room behind it for seating and walkways. Send us a floor plan and we will lay out the bay count.
When should we bring you into a build out?
Before framing and electrical rough in. Our electrical and conduit plans need to be in your contractor's hands while the walls and ceiling are still open.
Do you work with our general contractor and architect?
Yes. We send bay layouts and electrical and conduit plans to your GC, architect and electrician, and stay in contact through rough in so nothing has to be torn out later.
Why built in screens instead of enclosures?
Enclosures do not hold up to all day use by new golfers. Built in screens are framed to the room, look finished, and take the abuse of a commercial bay.
Which launch monitors do you recommend for commercial bays?
Usually ceiling mounted units, so there is nothing on the floor to get hit or moved and every bay works for lefties and righties. They need about a 9 ft ceiling. We carry Uneekor, Foresight, Trackman, ProTee and more, and recommend based on your budget, ceiling and how the bays will be used.
How long does a commercial install take?
Most projects are 3 to 4 weeks from a paid order to install. Time on site depends on how many bays we are building, and we set that schedule with you up front.
Do you set up booking or league software?
No. We install and set up the golf simulator software on every bay. Booking, league and point of sale systems come from their own suppliers, and we are happy to talk through what your bays need to work with them.
Can we test the equipment first?
If you are in Texas, yes. Our demo studio in Lakeway, just outside Austin, is open by appointment, so you can hit balls on the equipment before you choose it for your bays.
Can you install equipment we already bought?
No. We only install equipment we supply, so every piece in your bays is one we selected and will stand behind after opening.
What happens after we open?
Call or text the same team that installed your bays. Most issues, like a launch monitor missing reads or a screen that needs adjusting, are solved over the phone or on a video call. Equipment warranties run through each manufacturer and we handle that process with you.
