We ship to US addresses only, via FedEx Ground. Cutting, sewing, and packing takes 1-3 business days, then another 2-4 days to reach you.
Our Birdie impact screen material features a single-layer construction with a bright finish, smooth texture, and tightly-woven fibers. It is the most durable material we've found that also provides a premium image quality, and doesn’t burn as much from spinning balls like 3-layer material can. It's made in the USA out of 100% polyester. Use with real golf balls up to 250 mph with an indoor golf simulator.
We sell this material by the linear foot -- $29.95 per foot (screen width). Adjust your screen height between 8-10 feet with no change in price. Add custom Velcro and/or hem (for weight bar) at $4 per linear foot -- again, based on screen width. If you choose to have "loop" Velcro sewn on, we will include the corresponding length of "hook" Velcro with your order.
We fold the material carefully into a large shipping box. After mounting, any creases will gradually disappear with screen tension and a few days of hanging.
We sell only raw screen material, as we've found that tarp clips, tube clips, and ball bungees (available on Amazon or at your local hardware store) provide a stronger and more flexible mounting method than hems and grommets.
Pro-tip: Order a few feet extra length, and fold over on one side prior to mounting. This way when the center section starts to show wear or stretching, you can simply un-fold the extra and move the entire screen left or right by 18-24" and double (or triple) the life of your screen.
