The LK936ST features a 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 resolution with 8.3 million pixels, or four times the resolution of full HD 1080p, providing awe-inspiring clarity and crisply-defined details. This is especially important if you are using high end simulators optimized for use with software such as E6 CONNECT or TGC 2019, which support 4K output. HDR10 support with BenQ’s exclusive Auto HDR Color Rendition means the LK936ST’s high dynamic range performance offers greater brightness, contrast, and image optimization. Note: If you are trying to use a native 4K 16:9 projector to display in a 16:10 mode, you can set up a custom resolution from the graphic cards and maximize the resolution up to 3456x2160.

For most golf simulation setups, a short throw projector helps you put the projector where it is needed to fill the screen while being mounted safely outside the hitting area and without casting a shadow. With throw ratios ranging from 0.81 to 0.89, the LK936ST projects a 177” (7.7x13ft)-236”(10x18ft) image when placed within just 10-16 feet from the screen, delivering a large picture without the expense of optional lenses.
Off center placement made possible with vertical and horizontal lens shift
Lens shift greatly enhances installation flexibility, enabling you to easily adjust the image to fill your screen even if the projector is placed off-center. The LK936ST’s lens shift feature can be used to properly align the image, shifting it up to 60% vertically and 23% horizontally relative to the dimensions of the screen, enabling you to mount your projector higher and to the side of the playing area if needed.
Ideal projection alignment with 2D keystone, picture rotation and corner fit
To counteract the trapezoid effect that can occur when a projector is installed or placed off-center, the BenQ LK936ST offers a 2D keystone correction range of up to ±40° on both the horizontal and vertical axes, and can rotate the projected image clockwise or counterclockwise. Corner Fit control adjusts each corner for perfectly aligned image geometry.
Surround sound output with S/PDIF
